Bitumen Emulsion
It is required to use waterproofing material to extend life of structures, protect them against ingress of moisture and, to reduce the probability of occurrence of dampness. Bitumen Emulsions Liquid waterproofing is the most common, easy and inexpensive way.
Bitumen itself is waterproof and, most importantly, it is completely resistant to the destructive impact of moisture. These liquids applied systems feature coatings that have elongation properties, durability, flexibility, abrasion, chemical resistance. The liquid waterproofing membrane provides optimized performance and also most importantly longevity.
The ease of use for bitumen-based waterproofing of the foundation is significant, no special equipment or professional skills are required, this reduces labor and related costs.
Water-Based Bitumen Emulsion
Insumat’s water-based Bitumen Emulsion is a general-purpose waterproofing, water-based sulphate resistant bitumen coating. It is formed by the emulsification of elastic bitumen. It is stable and easy to apply. It adheres to all types of surfaces and can also be diluted to become a penetrating priming coat for use on porous surfaces.
